3、When replacing the die, first turn off the power, and then start to install and debug the die after the movable part of the punch stops running. After installation and adjustment, manually move the flywheel to test punch the metal parts twice, and check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and correct, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in the correct position.
4、After all the other employees leave the mechanical work area and take away the sundries on the workbench, the power can be started to turn on the machine for metal parts processing.
5、After the machine is started, one person shall transport materials and operate the machine, and others shall not press the electric building or step on the foot switch board, nor put their hands into the mechanical working area or hit the movable part of the machine with their hands. During the processing of metal parts, it is prohibited to stretch your hand into the working area of the slider, and it is prohibited to take and place the workpiece by hand. Equipment that meets the criteria must be used when taking and placing workpieces in the die. In case of abnormal sound or mechanical failure, the power switch shall be turned off immediately for inspection.
