Metal sheet manufacturing, especially for thickness from 0.1-0.5mm we either choose tool or chemical milling to do first shapes. Cutting tool can do the first step shape but needs investment in tooling.
When it comes to prototypes, some customers are not willing to invest in things because drawing and process might be under developed. Chemical milling also can apply for thickness material from 0.1mm to 0.8mm may be more thickner to do outer shape making but with limitation coating ex. Tin or Nickel on the surface of metal material due to chemical fluid application.
Thus, precision laser cutting on thicker metal material is carried out using out shape finishing, which are cost and time both efficient. In this technology, accuracy also can be achieved according to customer demand.

Asset Metal also specialized in massive experience of stamping and punching. We have professionally separated one location in this area with our own tooling making department and machines. Our machines of stamping and punching range from 45T to 250T to meet most of the needs of customized micro components. In our factory, we normally offer our customers high-volume stamping, also called progressive stamping, which is applied for large quantities. Due to the tooling investment being not cheap, we normally give the promise on tooling guarantee of either 3 years or 500Kpcs as minimum. Thus, for order sizes at least 10K work pieces per delivery. It will be quality stable and work efficient on stamping,punching, bending in material range from 0.1mm to 3mm.
Progressive stamping normally asks for constantly material feeding from a roll of material. Each of our stamping machines matches one feeding roll with basic uncoiler and straightener to make sure in the first step on coplanarity of metal components.

Our factory business started with photo chemical etching and the owner of Asset Metal started with Etched toy engineer many years ago. In close and long-term collaboration with our customer, we have developed innovative solutions for photo chemical etching applied for sheet and coil of metal material. The photo chemical etching technology makes it possible to realize complex geometrical shapes, massive holes in a cheap and cost-effective way on metal components instead of punching and laser cutting in materials of thickness up to 1.0m, especially on filters, mesh, book mark and name plates. This etching machining technology is wisely used for materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum material which are surface free of coating.
Asset Metal with two total automatic etching lines which can deal with massive demand that request 100K piece per day as well as your individual customized small size requesting proceed by half automatic etching line.
Therefore, High-volume or customized small size solutions are both accepted.

Asset Metal served both domestic and external customers for years.
