    Generally, the CNC machining process is: one rough processing - one thermal aging - two rough machining - two thermal aging (or vibration aging) - semi finishing - vibration aging - finishing - natural aging (or low temperature stabilization) - machining. Among them, the heat treatment requirements of parts should be properly interspersed according to the different requirements of the overall hardness, local hardness and surface hardness of the parts. The stability treatment of the machining accuracy of mechanical parts is also very critical and complex. One or two simple CNC machining methods can no longer meet the requirements. Usually, multiple methods are adopted as required, such as stress annealing, low temperature stability treatment, vibration aging, natural aging, Even adopt cold treatment and other technological means to ensure the accuracy and stability of precision parts.
