    1. At the beginning, the new engineer will review the drawings to see whether the product is suitable for CNC machining or CNC milling. If the product is CNC machining, the engineer will draw the drawings for car machining according to the 3D and 2D files provided by the customer.

    2. When the master gets the drawing file, he should first formulate the process requirements of the parts and the batch of workpieces to be processed, and then look at the structural dimensions, machining range and accuracy requirements of the parts. Then formulate reasonable machining steps.

    3. During CNC machining, rough turning shall be carried out first and then fine turning. During rough turning, much allowance shall be left, and then fine turning can be carried out.

    4. Each dimension processed shall be measured first, and the next dimension can only be processed after reaching the standard, so as to avoid rework due to inaccurate machining.

    5. Whether it is hardware parts or small batches of hardware, our master will carry out self inspection after machining. During the machining, quality colleagues will carry out irregular patrol inspection and sampling inspection, as well as full inspection after the entire machining.
