    Metal stamping process can be divided into two categories: separation process and forming process.     1. Design the process drawing of the workpiece

    3. High efficiency of cutting method selection

The design principle is to give priority to the next operation in the absence of interference.

    5. Complete the tightening process
    Generally, the operation is completed by stamping riveting process or hydraulic riveting machine. Fasteners are riveted to sheet metal parts. Pressure riveting is commonly used in pressure riveting bolts, compression riveting nuts, pressure riveting screws, etc. The process of flanging taps is to cut a slightly larger hole in the smaller bottom hole and then pump water into the faucet hole. This can improve its strength and avoid sliding teeth. It is generally used for workpiece with high thin plate thickness. When the plate thickness is large, there is no need for direct flanging and tapping.

    6. Assembly method of parts
    Welding The welding of multiple parts together for machining purposes or the joint of individual parts to increase their strength. The surface treatment usually has phosphate film, electroplated polychromatic zinc, chromate, baking paint, oxidation, etc. The choice of specific surface treatment methods is based on demand. Assembly is the assembly of multiple parts or assemblies in such a way that they become complete projects.
