Features: It is suitable for spraying or screen printing production. The film surface is uniform, without bubbles or pinholes, with fast drying speed, high imaging fineness, excellent adhesion, and excellent etching resistance.
Process flow: substrate surface cleaning - spraying or screen printing ink - pre baking - exposure - development - post baking - etching - deinking.
Ink operating parameters:
1. Pretreatment: clean the product surface with degreasing agent and wax remover.
2. Oil opening: during production, we can add our special thinner to adjust the viscosity (thinner can be added at a ratio of 1:0.7 for spraying). If other thinners are used, production matching tests should be conducted before use, and the maximum amount should not exceed 1 time;
3. Film coating: when spraying, the viscosity of diluted ink is 18-25 seconds/four cups; 77T-100T screen printing can be used for screen printing; It can also be roller coated or dip coated on both sides;
4. Pre baking: hot air circulation drying at 80 ℃ - 90 ℃/10-15 minutes;
5. Exposure: 6-8 grids of cooled exposure machine (21 grids of exposure ruler);
6. Imaging: wash with 0.8% - 1% Na2CO3 solution, pressure about 2KG/cm2, temperature 30 ℃± 2
7. Post baking: Photosensitive etching ink needs to be dried or naturally dried after spraying or silk screen printing. Bake at 75 ℃ for about 10 minutes.
8. If the etched figure is deep, it needs to be baked and dried for a second time after development to increase the strength of the metal etching ink.
9. Sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is used for deinking, and the concentration is 5-10%. Immerse it directly in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for more than 30 seconds, depending on the drying degree and coating thickness of the ink. The temperature of the aqueous solution is kept at about 75 ℃.
