3、 CNC machining error transfer method: This method essentially transfers the geometric error, stress deformation and thermal deformation of the process system to the direction that does not affect the machining accuracy. For example, for a multi station process with indexing or indexing or a process using an indexing tool holder, the indexing and conversion errors will directly affect the machining accuracy of the relevant surfaces of the parts.
4、 CNC machining error averaging method: This method uses closely related surfaces to mutually correct each other, or use each other as a benchmark for machining. It can make those local large errors affect the whole machining surface more evenly, so that the machining errors transmitted to the workpiece surface are more uniform, so the machining accuracy of the workpiece is correspondingly greatly improved.
5、 CNC machining in situ processing method: some precision in processing and equipment matching involves the relationship between parts, which is quite complex. It is sometimes difficult or even impossible to improve the accuracy of parts and components blindly, but it can be solved by local processing. The key point of local processing: to ensure what kind of position relationship between components, use a component to install a tool to process a component.
