4, laser cutting

6, welding and pot needle

7, metal polishing

8, electroplating
Electroplating is a process of plating a customer specified metal on the surface of a product using the principle of electrolysis. During electroplating, the coating metal and insoluble solution do the anode, the product to be plated as the cathode, the cation of the coating metal deposited on the surface to be plated to form a coating, so that the product is more bright, beautiful and improve the wear resistance of the product and prevent product oxidation. Qualified electroplating products must have no bubbles, no pitting.
9, paint
Spray paint process is the product to be spray painted after oil removal, paint removal, phosphating, drying, in accordance with the customer requirements of color, product quality spray paint. In operation, first spray primer, dry, and then spray finish, bake to death.
10, coloring
Coloring is the most important process to do handicraft factory, and it is the most important process to determine the quality of a product.
(1) Enamel (cloisonne basket), the bottom tire is forged with copper plate, enamel powder is the mineral silicon, lead Dan, borate, feldspar, quartz and other raw materials in proportion to mix. Each kind of colored metal oxide is added, and the powder is made by roasting and grinding. When used, the enamel powder is selected according to the special color card. After grinding, the enamel powder is washed in pure water and dried on the clean bottom tire with a flat head iron needle, and sintered at high temperature. After cooling, sulfuric acid, water, dry again on another color, and then sintering. After all the colors are sintered, the stone is grinded, coarse grinding followed by fine grinding, and then the product is repaired. The final sintering determines the level and brightness of the enamel surface. After the process is polishing and electric crossing.
(2) False enamel (imitation enamel) bottom tire: copper plate, brass plate, cold rolled plate, zinc alloy, etc. The false enamel color paste is made by grinding epoxy resin and color powder. When using, after color mixing according to the color card, add hardener in proportion, dry it on the cleaned and heated bottom tire with a needle cylinder, and then apply another color. After all colors are applied, polish it with 240 # sand belt wheel. The hardness of epoxy resin, polishing wheel and wax determine the brightness of product surface.
(3) The paint process is to color the products that have been electroplated. Paint we choose propylene acid high temperature paint, so that the product does not change color for a long time. After mixing the color, the needle is used to put it on the product. At present, there are coloring machines on the market, and large orders can be considered to use. Generally, after finishing a color, wipe it with a clean cloth once. After coloring, wipe clean and bake to death. Often some customers require good electroplated products on the false enamel paste. At the price of baking paint, we received fake enamel.
(4) Printing badges (plate printing, screen printing), generally make 0.6mm-0.8mm stainless iron plate and brass plate, the surface can be electroplated, can also be natural color or drawing sealing oil treatment. Flat plate printing is especially suitable for scenic badges with complex patterns, many colors and gradients. Screen printing mainly for guests to request special color, simple pattern of badges, number plates. Printed badges out of the general use of glue with a needle and anti-burr drop a layer of glue.

12, Rhinestones

13, glue
Gum drops, also called gaboli, plus resin. Drop a layer of glue on the surface of the product, either naturally dry or heated to dry. To protect the surface of the product and make the product more beautiful.
14,Car ribbon
The ribbon is the connection between the medal and the ribbon. It needs to be done manually on an electric clothing cart. All ribboned MEDALS should be covered with protective film.
15, installation
Installation is to put the finished product on the accessories and assemble several products together, must wear a finger sleeve and prevent touching the product.
16, packaging
Packaging IS according to the requirements of the customer to pack the product, wearing butterfly hat, paper card, into plastic bags or bubble bags and then into the bag, or in the box. Then put them in outer boxes and make good packing straps. Not more than 12kg per box shall prevail.
17, quality inspection
