    1. Incorrect handling rationale

    6. Incorrect positioning
    Positioning error includes reference non pointing error and locator production error.     7. Incorrect conditioning
    In each production process, the whole process system software shall be adjusted in a certain way from beginning to end. Because conditioning is not likely to be accurate, conditioning errors occur. In the processing system software, the mutual position accuracy of the workpiece and tool on the CNC lathe is guaranteed according to the conditioning of the CNC lathe, fixture, fixture or workpiece. When the initial accuracy of CNC lathes, tools, jigs and workpieces takes into account the technological rules of the machine rather than the daily dynamic elements, adjustment errors play a fundamental role in processing errors.

    8. Measurement error
    When accurately measuring parts during production or after processing, the accurate measurement accuracy is immediately damaged by the test method, measurement instrument accuracy, workpiece and subjective factors. To a certain extent, the seven kinds of processing errors can be prevented, so processing must be carried out.
