The material application of the shielding cover: the shielding frame generally uses Cu-C7521-H [general material], Cu-C7521-OH [soft material, for deep drawing] (nickel-nickel-nickel-copper, nickel-nickel-copper (Copper-Nickel-ZincAlloy), NickelSilver), t=0.2, 0.3mm; the shield is generally made of stainless steel SUS304R-1/2H [bending], SUS304R-1/ 4H [for deep drawing], t=0.15, 0.2mm, tinned steel strip (tinplate), etc.; foreign white copper and tinplate can be used for welding on PCB, and foreign white copper is recommended, mainly because foreign Cupronickel is better in soldering, heat dissipation and vapor. All shields are formed by metal stamping, so no matter what material it is, mass production is in the form of metal stamping.

    The use of shielding cover: PCB circuit board, set-top box, mobile phone, telecommunications equipment and so on.

    The function of shielding cover: the electromagnetic wave is mainly blocked outside the cover, from the harm of electromagnetic radiation, can prolong the service life.

    Production process of shield cover: All shield covers are formed by metal stamping, including heat dissipation hole stamping and finished product shape stamping.
