    Metal surface treatment processing can be subdivided into: metal anodization, baking varnish/sandblasting processing, electroplating, surface polishing processing, metal etching processing, etc.

    Metal surface treatment processing parts:
    1. Metal Anodization processing: When producing finished hardware products (mainly aluminum parts), the hardware factory adopts oxidation processing to make the surface of hardware products hard, so that they are not easy to be worn.
    2. Baking Varnish/Sandblasting processing: the hardware factory adopts spray painting processing in the production of large hardware products to prevent the hardware from rusting, such as daily necessities, electrical enclosures, handicrafts, etc
    3. Electroplating: electroplating is also the most common processing technology for hardware processing. Modern technology is used to electroplating the surface of hardware to ensure that the product will not become mildewed or embroidered after a long time of use. Common electroplating processes include: screws, stampings, battery chips, car parts, trinkets, etc
    4. Metal surface polishing: surface polishing is generally used in daily necessities for a long time. For example, we produce a comb, which is a metal part formed by stamping, so the edges and corners of the punched comb are very sharp. We need to polish the sharp parts of the edges and corners to smooth the face, so that no harm will be caused to the human body during use.

     
    CNC machining

    The machining method of CNC workpiece surface depends on the technical requirements of the machining surface. However, it should be noted that these technical requirements are not necessarily the requirements specified in the part drawing, and sometimes they may be higher than the requirements in the part drawing in some aspects due to technological reasons. For example, the machining requirements for some CNC machining parts are increased due to the non coincidence of datum. Or it may put forward higher processing requirements because it is regarded as precision reference. After the technical requirements for the surfaces of CNC machining parts are clarified, the final machining method that can guarantee the requirements can be selected accordingly, and the machining methods for several work steps and each work step can be determined. The selected CNC machining method should meet the requirements of part quality, good processing economy and high production efficiency. For this reason, the following factors should be considered when selecting the processing method:

    1. The CNC machining and surface treatment that can be obtained by any CNC machining method have a considerable range, but only in a narrow range is economic, and the CNC machining in this range is economic CNC machining. Therefore, when selecting the processing method, the corresponding processing method that can obtain economic processing accuracy should be selected.
    2. The properties of CNC machining materials should be considered.
    3. The structural shape and size of CNC machining parts should be considered.
    4. Productivity and economy requirements should be considered. High efficiency and advanced technology shall be adopted for mass production. It can even fundamentally change the manufacturing method of the blank, which can reduce the amount of labor in machining.
    5. The existing equipment and technical conditions of the factory or workshop shall be considered when selecting processing methods, we should make full use of existing equipment, tap the potential of the enterprise, and give play to the enthusiasm and creativity of workers. However, continuous improvement of existing processing methods and equipment, adoption of new technologies and improvement of process level should also be considered.
